Welcome to the Carlene Nazarian Dance Center!
We take pride in providing an environment where children can grow as individuals through the art of dance. We take our craft seriously and approach our students with love and concern. Please read our policies below. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Carlene by email or telephone. Thank you!
There is a $35 registration fee for all students, new and returning. Students are enrolled for the full school year from September - June. Family max registration fee $50.
Please notify the studio when students will be absent. Good attendance is important. Absences and tardiness can hold back an entire class. Each class is limited and your space is reserved specifically for you. Students must arrive at least 10 minutes before class. There are no refunds for missed classes. Missed classes may be made up in another class of similar age and level.
Students who are not adequately prepared or late for class (and may have missed warm-up), may be asked to sit and only observe.
In the event of bad weather conditions, please check our website at www.carlenenazariandance.com or call the studio at 603-898-9220 after 2:00 p.m. weekdays and 8:00 a.m. Saturdays.
Please check our website for the studio calendar. Please note: We do not always run our classes with the public school system holiday, vacation, or cancellation schedule.
All costumes are ordered during the month of December. A deposit (per costume) is due with the October tuition. Orders are placed only for costume deposits paid in full at the time of ordering
no exceptions. Costume payments do not include shoes or tights. Once costumes are ordered (December 1st), there will be no refunds. Costumes are distributed when balances are paid in full.
An updated registration form is required for each student.
Attendance is mandatory at all team classes, activities, parades, community performances, competitions, extra rehearsals, workshops, summer classes, and picture day. Makeup classes are available, and missed classes should be made up promptly. Excess unexcused absences may result in the student being prohibited from participating in class sessions and/or performances, and could also result in the student being removed from the class.
